Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup oat flour
1 cup potato flour
1/2 cup oat brand
1 cup cooks cod ( or another white fish )
1 Egg
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the cod (or other white fish) thoroughly (use as little oil as possible). Finely grind it in a food processor. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 thickness. Use a cookie cutter or a pizza cutter to cut out shapes. Place on a cookie sheet lined with preachment paper for easy clean up. Treats can be placed close together as they won't spread much while cooking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in the airtight container in the refrigerator.
