Dr. Reed Zimmer

I am the owner of Cadillac Vet Clinic in Amarillo, Texas. My passion for both animals and the people that love them motivated me to take the leap into owning my own practice. I lead from the front with a client-focused lens that ensures that everyone who walks through our doors knows they will get the best care possible. Cadillac Vet has been a leader in the community for the past 30 years and we want to continue to keep that tradition going. 

I am a native of Amarillo. I have more than 10 years of experience in equine sports medicine and imaging and have exciting plans to build a clinic for large animals across the street from Cadillac Vet Clinic.

I am a 2011 graduate of Texas A&M and have since spent many years working with racehorses across the country. I am excited to return to Amarillo and serve the community. Animals are my passion. I have two French bulldogs, Big Tough and Tinkerbell, as well as a horse named Beefcake.

Work is underway on a complete remodel of the clinic including new state-of-the-art equipment.
